Frontliner, too

Workers from power utilities such as the Manila Electric Co. are considered frontliners too as they perform maintenance work at a 105-foot-tall pole along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City on Thursday, April 23.  Meralco assures its consumers of no power interruptions during the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
