DENR warriors donate P4M prize to Environmental Heroes Foundation

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Warriors celebrate their first championship title in the recently concluded UNTV Cup League of Public Servants, an annual charity basketball league, held on March 9 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The Warriors donated their P4M prize to the Environmental Heroes Foundation, Inc., their chosen beneficiary. Former Chief Justice and chair of the EHFI Reynato S. Puno (second from left, front row), thanked the team for the donation which will help families and relatives of DENR heroes who lost their lives to protect the environment.
