Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade (in white sleeves) together with representatives from the Shimizu Corp. represented by Monichiro Tsuchiya and Akihiko Fujiyoshi of the Oriental Consultants Global presented the tunnel boring machine components that will make way for the construction of the Metro Manila Subway Project.
