Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya—Gov. Carlos Padilla recently gave P1 million in funding assistance for the technical and vocational program of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in the province.
The fund was handed to TESDA Provincial Director Socorro Galanto to support the implementation of the Jobs-Directed Scholarship Program for Technical-Vocational (Tech-Voc) Courses this year.
The courses are being offered by the TESDA in partnership with the provincial government and TESDA-accredited tech-voc institutions.
