Public Works Secretary Mark Villar inspects the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Harbor Link Dagat-Dagatan Ramp in Malabon City that is scheduled to open on February 21, and later the widening of the 3.3 km Fort Bonifacio – Nichols Field Road from four lanes to six lanes that will be completed this year. NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10 will benefit thousands of motorists, mostly delivery trucks, traversing this toll road daily, while the Bonifacio Global City (BGC)- Ortigas Centre Link Bridge Project cuts travel times between the business districts to just 12 minutes.
