Easing fears

Dr. Henry Lim Bon Liong, President of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII) helps distribute thousands of face masks to the public at the entrance of a shopping mall in Bindondo on Friday. He said this was a sign of the Filipino Chinese community’s solidarity ‘with all our Filipino brothers and sisters for public health and safety of all people living in the Philippines’ in light of fears ethnic Chinese were spreading the dreaded novel coronavirus in the country.
