Tabang for Taal

Maguindanao 2nd District Rep. Esmael ‘Toto’ Mangudadatu was among the 204 House Representatives who attended the special congressional Session in Batangas City on Jan. 22. After the session, Mangudadatu joined Bahay Party-list Rep. Naealla Bainto Aguinaldo (in brown jacket) to turn over his donations consisting of N95 masks, food, and bottled water for the victims of the Taal Volcano eruption.
