THE Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Tuesday said the land-based service contracting program (LBSCP) will end on May 22.
LTFRB chief Vigor Mendoza II said the P10-per liter discount subsidy stays nationwide.

The LBSCP grants a 20-percent fare discount to regular passengers and 40-percent rebate for students, senior citizens and persons with disability.
The program was intended to assist the commuters for a fast and affordable mass transport system.
