National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) officials led by Director Melvin A. Matibag hold a press conference at the NBI office on Monday, on the agency’s role in facilitating the safe surrender of BIFF and DI-linked individuals in Mamasapano, Maguindanao del Sur. With him are Deputy Director for Operations Eric M. Mercado, Assistant Director Jeremy C. Lotoc, and NBI-BARMM Regional Director Antonio M. Pagatpat.
