On his 37th birthday Mayor Mark Anthony Libuangan of Laak, Davao de Oro hosted a gala party for his constituents and friends, replete with fireworks that exploded to the delight of well-wishers.
The municipal ground was filled with people from all walks of life as the local government also prepared a festive celebration for the local chief executive.

Representatives of various businesses and private and public organizations also joined in to partake of the mayor’s birthday bash.
Flowers, wines. cakes, and personal gifts came like there was no tomorrow, as the mayor sat on center state, joined by his lovely wife.
