Quezon Club, a dining and entertainment venue at Solaire Resort North, combines a full-service restaurant, cocktail lounge, and live performances in a single after-dark setting.
The venue features velvet seating, marble tables, and an oval bar serving classic and house cocktails. Its drinks menu includes eight signature cocktails inspired by Filipino artists, along with mocktails such as Fruit of Beauty, a citrus-based blend, and Fernando’s Basket, made with berries.
Quezon Club also offers specialty drinks through its Cocktail Apothecary, which blends oriental herbs into mixed drinks. The bar serves variations of the Sazerac using whiskey, cognac, or absinthe.
The food menu, led by Chef de Cuisine January Belardo, includes bar bites and full-course meals. Appetizers feature lump crab with harissa aioli, foie gras terrine with red onion marmalade, shrimp cocktail, oysters with caviar, cioppino, and salads.

Main dishes include wagyu roast ribeye, roast halibut, sous vide duck breast, and Chilean seabass with curry hollandaise. Sharing plates include beef Wellington with broccolini and baby carrots, and paella Valenciana.

The restaurant also serves a rotating Dish of the Day, including Malaysian seafood curry on Tuesdays, braised lamb shoulder shepherd’s pie on Wednesdays, osso buco with saffron risotto on Thursdays, pork chop with roasted apples on Fridays, and steamed black cod en papillote on Saturdays. A daily soup selection ranges from minestrone to spiced lobster bisque.
Desserts include Black Forest trifle, hazelnut lava cake with vanilla ice cream, Café Liégeois, burnt Basque cheesecake with calamansi zest, and pistachio crème brûlée.
Live performances accompany dinner service, with entertainers appearing throughout the evening in the lounge and on the main stage. Artists who have performed at Quezon Club include Bamboo, Lani Misalucha, Barbie Almalbis, and Armi Millare, alongside singers, dancers, and magicians.
