Advanced Media Broadcasting System Inc. (AMBS), owner and operator of ALLTV, will begin airing the Kapamilya Channel on its network starting Jan. 2, under a license agreement with ABS-CBN.
The move will allow ALLTV viewers to watch popular ABS-CBN programs, including FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, Roja, What Lies Beneath, It’s Showtime, ASAP, and TV Patrol. Prime ABS-CBN shows will continue to air on A2Z, while It’s Showtime and Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab 2.0 will remain on GMA.
The agreement follows TV5’s decision to terminate its content deal with ABS-CBN effective Jan. 2. ABS-CBN has settled its obligations with TV5 and MediaQuest as per their agreements and expressed gratitude to TV5 and businessman Manny V. Pangilinan for hosting ABS-CBN programs since 2021.
AMBS has carried selected ABS-CBN programs since 2024, including shows under the Jeepney TV brand, as well as It’s Showtime and TV Patrol.
In a statement, ABS-CBN said it remains committed to delivering stories, news, and entertainment that bring “love, joy, and hope” to Filipino families.
