Hydropower project

Repower Energy Development Corp.’s (REDC) subsidiary Maramag Hydropower Corp. breaks ground on the P6.3-billion, 25-megawatt Pulangi IV Hydropower Project, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continuing expansion of renewable energy capacity in Mindanao. Joining the groundbreaking ceremony in Maramag, Bukidnon is Energy Secretary Sharon Garin (sixth from left), along with DOE director Marissa Cerezo, PSALM president and CEO Dennis De la Serna, Undersecretary Sammy Young, National Power Corp.’s Albert Antonio, Pure Energy chairman and CEO Dexter Tiu, REDC president Eric Roxas, REDC shareholder and Tokai president Mitsugu Hamazaki and community leaders and stakeholders.
