Davey Chua and Vice Mayor Dino Chua.

The mayor gave away ownership titles to the free housing units under Phase I of the Unlad Noveleta village project.
The community covering at least 10 hectares, will host some 1,100 units for former residents of danger zones that will be affected by the river revetment project. Chua explained that the project was implemented in collaboration with the Japanese International Cooperation Agency.
