SEC upgrades online ticketing system for real-time tracking

The Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, has rolled out an upgraded online ticketing system designed to streamline transactions and allow the public to track inquiries and complaints in real time.

The SEC launched the enhanced iMessage platform, a web-based system for managing and processing public inquiries, complaints, incidents and requests. The system, accessible at imessage.sec.gov.ph, now covers all SEC services.

The platform centralizes the online submission of queries and complaints, providing a unified workflow for assigning, monitoring and resolving inquiries, service requests and complaints. Users can track the status of their tickets in real time and directly contact the SEC divisions or departments handling their cases.

SEC chairman Francisco Lim said streamlining the requirements and processes forms part of the agency’s move to improve the ease of doing business in the country and elevate the quality of the public services.

“iMessage helps the SEC process requests, inquiries, reports and complaints in a more organized and efficient manner, allowing us to deliver our services to our stakeholders without delays while promoting transparency and accountability in every step,” he said.

“iMessage allows the transacting public to track the status of their inquiries, requests or complaints in real time, and ensure that their transactions are processed within the prescribed periods and in accordance with the established procedures,” he added.

To access the system, users must sign in using their Electronic SEC Universal Registration Environment, or eSECURE, account. After logging in, they can select a service and complete the required form.

Users can check the status of their tickets by opening the tickets tab, which displays all tickets filed. The platform also includes a reply function, allowing users to communicate directly with the assigned department and attach files.

iMessage is available for services in all offices and departments at the SEC headquarters in Makati City and its extension offices in Baguio, Ilagan, Laoag, Tarlac, Lipa, Legazpi, Iloilo, Cebu, Bacolod, Tacloban, Zamboanga, Koronadal, Davao, Cagayan de Oro and Butuan.
