The Department of Tourism (DOT) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) lead the distribution of emergency cash transfer (ECT) assistance to 356 local tourism workers in Bogo City, whose jobs and livelihoods were affected by the strong earthquake that struck Cebu province recently.
