Santé International, a Philippine health and wellness company known for its barley-based products, received the Export Excellence Award at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines Inc. (ICCPI) Leadership Awards 2025.
The ceremony recognized 20 Filipino and Italian organizations cited for leadership and performance. Awardees were selected through a vetting process overseen by the ICCPI board and judging committee, reflecting the chamber’s standards and its efforts to strengthen Italian-Filipino business ties.
The event was attended by representatives from winning companies and the Italian ambassador to the Philippines.
Santé International president and CEO Joey Marcelo said the recognition underscores the company’s export efforts and its work in distributing barley products sourced from New Zealand. He said the award reflects the contributions of the company’s team, business partners, and network of distributors.
Santé, which works with several Filipino personalities to broaden its consumer reach, has expanded its presence in the health and wellness sector in recent years. The company said it aims to continue promoting science-backed wellness products in local and international markets.
