Actress Andrea Brillantes says she has no problem spending the holidays as a “third wheel,” sharing that she is content being single for now.
In an interview with ABS-CBN, the 21-year-old actress said romance is not on her priority list at the moment.
“Hindi ko priority now,” Brillantes said, adding that she’s used to joining family and friends who are in relationships during gatherings.
“Sa family, ako na lang wheel. [No partner] but it is OK, I am happy. Masaya ako,” she continued.
Andrea also opened up about what she hopes for in a future partner once she’s ready to date again. She said she is drawn to someone who is confident enough to pursue her without being intimidated by her success.
“Kung na-intimidate sila, that’s not my fault. Kung gusto talaga ako, tapangan nila. Kung hindi, at least ma-shortlist ko. Tapang tapang ko, dapat mas malakas sa akin,” she added.
The actress is currently focused on her endorsement and acting projects, with more brand and screen appearances expected in the coming months.
Last March, Andrea confirmed that she was dating a non-showbiz guy named Sam Fernandez.
