The Department of Finance (DOF) and the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) recognize the top-performing local government units during the bureau’s 38th anniversary on Nov. 5, 2025. Top performers were awarded based on their local source revenues (LSR), ratio of LSR to total current operating income, year-on-year growth in LSR and total current operating expenditures per capita. Among the top awardees is Quezon City represented by Mayor Joy Belmonte.
