Eastwood City has opened its doors to 40 local enterprises for the Department of Trade and Industry’s Metro Fashion Fair 2025, running until Nov. 9 under the theme “Ethical Elegance—Shop Local, Wear Local.”
Organized by the DTI–National Capital Regional Office through its Center for Innovation and Technology for Enterprises (CITE), the fair spotlights outstanding Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from Metro Manila, showcasing Filipino craftsmanship and creativity.
The event goes beyond highlighting local products, emphasizing a shared commitment to sustainability and ethical fashion—values that align with Eastwood City’s push for a greener future.
Among the standout participants is Pasig-based Craftcha, known for turning discarded flour sacks into fashionable pieces. Another crowd favorite, Be Blessed Manila, repurposes denim jeans into chic bags, with proceeds supporting scholarships through the BYSMP Bless the Children Foundation.
Now on its fourth year of partnership with DTI, Eastwood City continues to provide a platform for local artisans to boost their visibility and reach new customers. Visitors can shop for a wide range of fashion items—wallets, stone accessories, and footwear—as well as unique food products such as kamote chips, hot sauces, egg tarts, baked bangus, keto chocolates, and specialty vinegars.
The celebration of Filipino enterprise continues as Eastwood City hosts DTI Rizal’s “Pamaskong Handog” trade fair from Nov. 14 to 16, featuring 22 MSMEs from Rizal province.
