Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman (center) assures employees of the University of the Philippines Manila that the Marcos administration gives utmost priority to the education and health sector during the Gawad Chancellor Awarding and Service Recognition Ceremony on Oct. 22, 2025. The celebration, led by UP Manila Chancellor Dr. Michael Tee and Vice Chancellor Johanna Patricia Cañal, forms part of the 43rd UP Manila Day and 46th anniversary of the autonomy of the Health Sciences Center.
