Sagility Philippines, a global provider of technology-enabled business solutions for the US healthcare industry, has teamed up with Paywatch to launch a financial wellness benefit providing employees with Early Wage Access (EWA).
The partnership will give Sagility’s employees greater flexibility and financial security by allowing them to instantly access a portion of their already-earned salary, which aims to reduce their reliance on high-cost loans.
Sagility Philippines is entrusting Paywatch with the financial well-being of its workforce, which includes over 17,000 people in the country and more than 40,000 people globally. The EWA solution is designed to support the holistic approach the company takes toward employee well-being, addressing the critical component of financial health.
Sagility Philippines senior vice president for human resources Jamea Garcia highlighted the company’s commitment.

Paywatch, a recognized financial inclusion champion by organizations like the UN Capital Development Fund and the International Labor Organization, offers the EWA solution to prevent employees from unnecessarily taking on debt.
Paywatch Philippines country manager Rowell del Fierro noted that the partnership advances Paywatch’s core mission.

Beyond EWA, the Paywatch platform provides a comprehensive suite of embedded services, including employee rewards, micro-insurance and bill payments.
Sagility has over 24 years of industry leadership, serving six of the top ten health insurance companies in the US and maintaining an average client tenure of 18 years. Sagility Philippines is the latest large organization to implement Paywatch’s employee wellness program.
