GSIS officials pose for a group photo after the Iloilo and General Santos branch offices receive Gold Awards for Excellent ratings in the 2025 ARTA Report Card Survey 2.0—the highest recognition for government agencies. Silver Awards for Very Satisfactory performance are also given to the GSIS Head Office in Pasay City and branches in Cotabato, Dagupan, Dumaguete, Maasin, Malaybalay, Butuan, and Tuguegarao.
