The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) has garnered the Silver Award from the Anti-Red Tape Authority, following the conclusion of the 2024 Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0.
HSAC’s Central Office and Regional Adjudication Branch No. 8 received the ARTA RCS award after gaining a “Very Satisfactory” rating in the delivery of public services.
ARTA conferred the recognition after finalizing the results of the 2024 RCS 2.0 First Cycle assessing the efficiency, quality and adequacy of services provided by 904 government agencies nationwide, based on the actual experiences of their respective clients.
The HSAC Central Office and RAB No. 8 had been cited for their exemplary adherence to the Ease of Doing Business Law and their continued efforts to ensure accessible and client-oriented service delivery.
