Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Giovanni Lopez conducts an inspection at the Batangas Port ahead of the expected influx of passengers for Undas 2025. The Philippine Ports Authority said nearly 2.2 million passengers are expected to pass through the port from Oct. 27 to Nov. 5.
