IKEA has made home furnishing more accessible for northern Metro Manila residents with the opening of its first Plan and Order Shop at TriNoma in Quezon City.
The 500-square-meter store offers a compact but comprehensive version of the IKEA experience found in its Pasay City branch. It features a planning and consultation area where customers can sit down with design specialists to plan kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, and living spaces. The shop also includes inspiring vignettes that show how IKEA furniture, lighting, and décor can come together to create functional, stylish interiors.

Customers can browse and order from the full IKEA range of more than 8,500 products, which can be delivered and picked up at the TriNoma shop. Select cooking and eating accessories are also available for same-day purchase.
“Almost four years ago, IKEA said its first ‘hello’ to the Philippines when we opened our first store in Pasay City. Today, I’m proud to share that we’re now in Quezon City with our first Plan and Order Shop at TriNoma, in collaboration with Ayala Malls,” said IKEA Philippines country retail manager Ricardo Pinheiro.
Pinheiro added that the TriNoma location serves as both a pickup and planning hub to give shoppers easier access to IKEA’s products and design services.

“They can sit down with our design specialists at the consultation and planning zone. They can also shop and take away on the same day items in the curated displays,” he said.
“Our philosophy is to make great design available to the many Filipinos who dream of spaces that bring them joy and closer to each other, especially around Christmastime,” Pinheiro added.

The store opening was marked by a ceremonial ribbon-cutting led by Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte; Her Excellency Anna Ferry, Ambassador of Sweden to the Philippines; Ayala Land Inc. senior vice president and head of Leasing & Hospitality Mariana Zobel de Ayala; and IKEA Philippines’ Ricardo Pinheiro. They were joined by Daniel Rivero, IKEA Philippines store manager; Gelo Gacad, IKEA Plan and Order shop manager; Paul Birkett, Ayala Malls chief operating officer; and Nathan Clark, Ayala Malls head of leasing.
TriNoma serves as a prime location for the new shop, catering to residents of Quezon City, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela, as well as those from Bulacan, Pampanga, and the rest of Central Luzon.
The IKEA Plan and Order Shop is fully cashless, accepting only digital and card payments. It is located on Level 1 of TriNoma Mall, North Avenue corner EDSA, Quezon City. Shoppers may also order online through IKEA Philippines’ official website.
