THE National Police Commission (Napolcom) has vowed to speed up resolution of a sexual harassment case filed against a police official, as well as charges against two police cadets for administrative offenses.
In an interview, Napolcom vice-chairman and executive officer Rafael Vicente Calinisan said he has met with the litigants and would resolve the cases immediately.

“We have also taken action on this, to be honest, this topic is very sensitive, but rest assured that we have worked to resolve it,” Calinisan said.
Philippine National Police Academy director Brig. Gen.Andre Dizon said one of the cadets was facing dismissal while the other was on turn back status due to academic issues.
