Former Colombian President Alvaro Uribe offers food to the media after a press conference in Rionegro, Antioquia department, Colombia on Wednesday, Manila time. A Colombian court overturned the witness tampering conviction meted out on him, who had been sentenced to 12 years’ house arrest in a decision condemned by the US.
