PH1 World Developers Inc. (PH1), the real estate arm of Megawide Construction Corp., expects to exceed its 2024 sales performance after booking P3.38 billion in the first nine months of 2025.
The figure is more than double the P1.59 billion it recorded in the same period last year and already accounted for 94 percent of PH1’s full-year 2024 sales, Megawide said in a statement Wednesday.
Given this trend, the property firm said it is posed to surpass the 2024 sales performance before the end of October. “Our sales success is a reflection of how we approach development differently,” said Gigi Alcantara, president of PH1.
PH1 has secured nearly P3.34 billion in reservation sales so far this year, led by strong demand for developments such as Lykke Kondo in Pasig and One Lancaster Park in Cavite.
Lykke Kondo, launched in early 2025, has already reached the P1-billion reservation mark. One Lancaster Park has generated more than P2 billion in total sales since the launch of its first tower, with nearly P1 billion in reservations coming from its third tower which was introduced this year.
