Two decades after dominating television and music charts, members of Sexbomb Girls are reuniting for a one-night concert to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
In an interview on Wednesday, Oct. 22, group leader Rochelle Pangilinan promised fans a show filled with nostalgia.
“Sure ako, makakabalik kayo sa inyong kabataan habang kasama kami at naririnig niyo ang aming kanta noong panahon na kayo ay pumapasok pa lang sa school,” she said.
The highly anticipated Sexbomb reunion concert will take place on Dec. 4 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Ticket prices and other event details have been released on official platforms.
Rochelle also shared that fans have long been asking for a reunion, joking that many now finally have the means to attend.
“Sabi nga ng mga pinalaki namin, ‘Ngayon may pera na kami, mag-concert na kami.’ Pwes, ito ang sagot namin sa inyo,” Rochelle added.
The group rose to fame in the early 2000s through its performances on the noontime variety show “Eat Bulaga!” and later starred in the hit afternoon series “Daisy Siete.”
