CitiGlobal Realty and Development Inc. said it is moving construction forward on the Cedar and Cypress buildings at its Tagaytay Clifton Resort Suites, with site clearing, safety checks, material preparation and structural work underway.
The real estate developer, which specializes in affordable, income-generating leisure properties, said in a statement it expects more visible construction progress in the coming months. The company said it aims to deliver a finished product that is “structurally sound, and designed for best lasting value.”
To ensure the project’s quality, CitiGlobal tapped E.C. Cruz Corporation for structural design and EC Structural and Composites Inc. as its general contractor.
The company held a resumption ceremony on July 29, marking what it called a “renewed phase” of on-site progress.
“Amid all the noise, your trust and continued confidence give us a quiet kind of rest—one that allows us to focus on what truly matters: serving you and faithfully delivering on our commitments,” CitiGlobal chief executive Beth To said, thanking clients for their continued support.
“We are excited for what lies ahead. Let this day be a reminder: what others may deem beyond hope can still be redeemed. And with faith, unity, and purpose—we build again,” she said.
The company said structural markings have been completed to guide upcoming work, and site cleaning and clearing activities are ongoing alongside the hauling of materials to support construction mobilization.
