Uniqlo : C introduces cropped cocoon shirts and culottes in contemporary cuts for its fall/winter 2025 lineup

The Global retailer unveiled  Modernity in Motion, the latest installment of its Uniqlo : C line designed by  Clare Waight Keller, the British-born creative director best known for her modern tailoring.

The two-part fall/winter 2025 collection launched in stores on July 21 and September 5, offering pieces that blended refined design with practical functionality.

The September collection is big on layering and but emphasizes function

Waight Keller said she focused on “movement and function in wardrobe essentials,” highlighting the debut of Pufftech, a Toray-developed insulation technology that delivered the warmth of down in a lightweight, seam-free finish.

“Creatively, it allowed me to design a truly minimalist look, combining both volume and lightness in a modern hoodie jacket with all the functionality that Uniqlo excels in,” Waight Keller said. The womenswear line also introduced tailored pieces in modern tweeds, paired with seasonal favorites in Heattech and cashmere in jewel tones.

The July release expanded Uniqlo : C’s signature sweatshirt line with a new crewneck style. Womenswear highlights included a cropped cocoon shirt and culotte in a contemporary midi length, designed to transition from late summer into cooler months.

The September rollout leaned into winter dressing with elevated outerwear and knitwear. For the first time, the men’s line featured Heattech cashmere blend, available in crewneck and turtleneck styles. Women’s offerings added jewel-toned knitwear in sand, forest green, navy, and burgundy.

Refined outerwear, including Pufftech jackets and Blocktech coats, blends warmth with sleek design

Outerwear included Blocktech coats with waterproof and windproof properties and Pufftech jackets and hoodies, engineered for layering while maintaining warmth and breathability.

The fall/winter 2025 lineup featured 23 womenswear items, 15 menswear pieces, and seven accessories. Prices ranged from P990 for innerwear to P7,990 for men’s outerwear.

The collection was made available at the Uniqlo Manila global flagship store in SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, and online at uniqlo.com.
