On Wednesday, House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez held a meeting with other party leaders of the House of Representatives. He was joined by House majority leader Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Araneta Marcos III.
Party leaders from the Lakas-CMD, Nationalist People’s Coalition, Nacionalista Party, National Unity Party, Partido Federal ng Pilipinas and the Party-list Coalition pledged their full support for the continued leadership of the Speaker of the House.
Present in the meeting was House Secretary General Reggie Velasco, Representatives Paolo Ortega, Jude Acidre, Kristine Singson, Mark Enverga, Joboy Aquino, Arnie Fuentebella, Jayjay Suarez, Democrito Mendoza, Bong Teves, Janet Garin, Yevgeny Emano, Jay Khonghun, Budoy Madrona, and Abet Garcia.
The House continues to work on initiatives that will protect and prioritize the welfare of the Filipino nation as it remains to be the House of the People.
