Heaven Peralejo on taking chances and finding balance

At 24, actress Heaven Peralejo is finding balance in her personal and professional life while managing the opportunities and challenges of her career. At a recent press gathering, she said this principle guides her in both work and everyday life.

“It’s knowing when to play and when to pause. We have to find joy in small things. Fun doesn’t have to be reckless,” she said, noting that this mindset helps her keep a sense of grounding despite the pressures of show business.

Part of that philosophy, she explained, comes from her belief in moderation and knowing when to draw boundaries.

“It’s okay to enjoy, actually. But you need to know your limits and when to pause. Sometimes you also need space to disconnect and be present,” she added.

That message of responsibility connects to her latest endorsement, as the new ambassador of online casino app Playtime, which she described as more than an online hub for games.

“It champions entertainment at its core. I love that it encourages people to enjoy but at the same time with responsibility and heart. It’s a community where we can connect, collaborate, celebrate, and enjoy together,” explained Heaven.

Looking back, the actress said her career has unfolded through different stages, each with its own lessons.

“I’ve had so many chapters in my life, and this one is really special. I’m so honored to be part of this family. Together, let’s make every moment memorable,” she shared, adding that the risks she has taken have shaped her into the artist she is today.

“I don’t believe in regrets. Everything happens for a reason. Joining Viva and being part of Playtime—those are the best risks I’ve ever taken,” Heaven continued.

She also opened up about her hopes for the future, including a dream project with her fellow Playtime ambassador and seasoned television host Vic Sotto.

“It’s a dream of mine to work with Bossing Vic Sotto. Hopefully someday we can do a film together,” she said.

At the same time, she is preparing for the release of her upcoming film I Love You Since 1892, which will premiere on Sept. 6 on Viva One, expressing her excitement for people to finally watch it.

She also shared that she has learned to view her journey with a sense of gratitude, especially for the people who continue to support her.

“I want to thank my fans for being with me through everything. They inspire me to keep going and to do my best,” Heaven stated.
