ACMobility, the mobility arm of Ayala Corp., marked its first full year of transformation with a series of domestic and international awards, highlighting its people-centered approach and expanding presence in the automotive sector.
Launched in March 2024, the company was honored in 2025 with several recognitions, including HR Excellence Awards in Manila in August and the Excellence in Business Transformation award. ACMobility chief executive Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, was named Most People-Focused CEO.
“Being recognized in our first full year of transformation reflects the dedication of our people and our commitment to redefining mobility and reshaping the experience,” said Zobel de Ayala.
“At ACMobility, transformation is not just about business; it’s about empowering people, creating sustainable solutions and leading the way for the industry,” he said.
Internationally, ACMobility also won a Bronze for Best Transformation Strategy at the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers in New York in September.
