Cebu Pacific to resume Dubai flights

Cebu Pacific said Tuesday it will resume operations between Manila and Dubai on July 2, 2026 after conducting safety assessments and coordinating with Dubai airport authorities.

The budget carrier suspended its Dubai flights in April due to the escalating security situation and airspace risks in the Middle East.

Cebu Pacific said flights 5J 14/15 and 5J 18/19 will return to service as part of a steady transition back to normalcy.

The airline said it will operate the route four times every week, with departures scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Passengers who hold tickets for previously cancelled flights to or from Dubai can rebook by logging into the “Manage Booking” portal on the official website, the company said.

While the Dubai route gets back on track, Cebu Pacific continues its regular operations to Saudi Arabia. It flies from Manila to Riyadh four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, with the return legs from Riyadh to Manila taking off every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Cebu Pacific said the safety and well-being of passengers and crew remain its utmost priority.

The airline also encouraged travelers to check their current flight status online and keep their personal contact details updated to ensure they receive timely operational notifications.
