South Korea’s rising boy group NTX showered Filipino fans with its signature charm and energy as it staged its first Manila mall show on Aug. 16, filling Robinsons Galleria’s Main Atrium with loud cheers and fan chants.
The eight-member act, formed under Victory Company, treated its supporters, called NTfuls, to dynamic live performances and genuine fan interactions.
Composed of Hyeongjin, Yunhyeok, Xiha (formerly Jaemin), Changhun, Hojun, Rawhyun, Eunho, and Seungwon, the group held its first official fan event in the country, a milestone it described as both exciting and humbling.
“We really wanted to see you guys, and it’s such an honor to be here,” member Hojun told the crowd, drawing loud applause.
“We’re really, really excited to perform in front of you. We love you all,” he added.
Throughout the set, exchanges between the group and its fans stayed warm, with NTX repeatedly thanking the audience for their support. Manila’s NTfuls answered with glowing banners, light sticks, and chants that rolled through the atrium from start to finish.
Looking ahead, the group also gave fans something to anticipate. Member Rawhyun, who serves as NTX’s producer, teased that new music is on the way.
“I’m working hard every day, and each member is still working hard on it,” he said. “Please wait for our new track.”
Known for producing and choreographing its own songs, NTX has been steadily carving a reputation as a self-driven idol group in South Korea and beyond.
The one-day showcase, organized by Seoul Vibes Manila, drew lines hours before the 4:00 p.m. start as fans secured spots around the atrium, a sign of the group’s growing popularity among Filipino K-pop enthusiasts.
Before the final bow, NTX assured its NTfuls that the Manila event would not be its last.
“We’re really looking forward to the next one,” said Yunhyeok.
With new music on the horizon and a strong welcome from Filipino fans, NTX’s first mall show in Manila marked the beginning of what could be a long-running bond with the country’s ever-passionate K-pop community.
