Kris Aquino has shared another health update, revealing that recent blood panel results prompted her doctors to conduct additional tests and consult three specialists.
On Instagram, Aquino said one of her physicians urged her to undergo an ultrasound after spotting what she described as “alarming” findings.
The television host and actress admitted that the procedure made her anxious, noting that her medical team emphasized the urgency of moving forward with treatment to avoid further risk.
Aquino, who has been battling multiple autoimmune conditions, returned to the Philippines last year after receiving treatment in the United States. She previously disclosed that she would undergo a six-month isolation period as part of her ongoing medical care.
In her latest post, Aquino said her doctors presented her with several treatment options, including a noninvasive procedure. She added that she is entrusting her Filipino medical team with the next steps in her recovery.
The Queen of All Media was accompanied at the hospital by her son Bimby, while her eldest, Josh, also visited.
Aquino asked supporters to continue offering prayers, assuring them that, as she put it, “the fight for her life continues.”
