All-in-one health and wellness app launches new self-care campaign

mWell has partnered with singer Regine Velasquez for the “Gift of Wellness Exclusives,” part of its “I Am Well” campaign promoting the importance of self-care and encouraging Filipinos to prioritize both mental and physical health.

The Asia’s Songbird, who previously lent her voice to the campaign’s anthem, worked with the health and wellness mega app to create a curated set of wellness wearables offered at discounted prices.

The collection includes special edition Regine watches, designed to track blood pressure and physical activity, and the mWell ring, which monitors sleep quality. The devices are intended to support rest and renewal.

“Taking care of yourself both in mind and body is the first step to caring for everything else. Let your gift to self be one that fills you up because you cannot pour from an empty cup,” Regine said.

mWell president and CEO Chaye Cabal-Revilla, who also serves as chief finance, risk, and sustainability officer of Metro Pacific Investments Corp., said the initiative aims to make wellness “wearable and affordable” while inspiring Filipinos to monitor their health daily and prevent chronic diseases.

The “Gift of Wellness Exclusives” is available on the mWell website, eShop, Shopee and TikTok shop. Customers can choose between the special edition Regine Power or Prestige watch and pair it with the mWell ring at discounted prices. 

Each purchase included a chance to win tickets to the SuperDivas concert, held Aug. 8 and 9 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, and signed merchandise from the Songbird.

The collection is now available at shop.mwell.com.ph and on the mWell app.
