Security Bank Foundation Inc. (SBFI) and the Jesus V. Del Rosario Foundation Inc. (JVR Foundation) team up to construct a new two-story, ten-classroom school building at Tarlac National High School—the largest in the province with over 11,000 students. This initiative aims to help address the school’s current shortage of 119 classrooms. Attending the signing ceremony are (seated, from left) Christina Roque, JVR Foundation senior program manager; Kana Manglapus, JVR Foundation executive director; Rafael Simpao Jr., SBFI chairman; and Louie Boy De Real, SBFI executive director.
