President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. awards outgoing Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido the Presidential Legion of Honor for his distinguished service during the 67th Change of Command and Retirement Ceremony yesterday. During the ceremony, the President also expressed his confidence in Lieutenant General Antonio G. Nafarrete’s ability to lead the Philippine Army.
