LPP elects Albano SVP for North Luzon

ILAGAN City—Isabela Gov. Rodito Albano has been elected as senior vice president for North Luzon of the League of Provinces of the Philippines (LPP).

Quirino Gov. Dakila Carlo Cua was reelected as chairman while South Cotabato Gov. Reynaldo Tamayo as chosen as president during the LPP’s general assembly held at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria in Quezon City last Friday ( July 25).

Others elected were Pampanga Gov. Lilia Pineda as executive vice president, Camarines Sur Gov. LRay Villafuerte, Jr. as senior vice president for South Luzon, Iloilo Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. as senior vice president for Visayas, Dinagat Is. Gov. Nilo Demerey, Jr. as senior vice president for Mindanao, and Misamis Occidental Gov. Henry Oaminal as secretary-general.

Interior and Local Government Secretary DILG Secretary Juanito Victor Remulla Jr. administered the oath to the new set of leaders of the LPP.
