‘Only We Know’ stars advocate health awareness at film screening
Charo Santos-Concio and Dingdong Dantes shared their thoughts on living healthy and aging gracefully during a special screening of their new film Only We Know, hosted by mWell at the Podium Directors Club.
The event also served as the launch of mWell’s I Am Well campaign and the introduction of the mWell Ring, a wearable wellness device that tracks activity and health metrics. Both stars were among the first to use the new device.
Dantes emphasized the importance of proactive wellness, especially with health concerns becoming more common.
“When you talk about wellness nowadays, it’s really important. There are so many illnesses happening left and right, so it’s really good for us to be proactive about our overall well-being,” he said.
Santos-Concio echoed the sentiment, saying that wellness is key to happiness.
“We have to track our activities every day and live a healthy life. And a healthy life means a happy life,” she said.
The veteran actress also shared her experience working alongside Dantes in Only We Know, calling it a privilege.
“Can you imagine, at this stage of my life, I became Dingdong’s leading lady? What an honor and what a privilege,” Santos-Concio said, drawing cheers from the crowd.
mWell Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer Gary Dujali said the I Am Well campaign aims to make wellness accessible to more Filipinos through affordable digital tools.

He also highlighted the mWellness Score feature, which provides users with a daily snapshot of their overall health.

Only We Know tells a story of love, friendship, waiting, and healing. The stars said they hope the film will inspire viewers to embrace life and relationships.
“We hope that you will enjoy the movie just as much as we had a wonderful time filming it,” Santos-Concio said.
Dantes also expressed pride in supporting both the local film industry and wellness initiatives. “We’re happy to be here to support Philippine cinema,” he said.
