Pop star Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau are fueling romance rumors after being spotted dining together at a restaurant in Montreal.
On Monday, July 28, the two were seen enjoying a meal at Le Violon in the city’s Little Burgundy neighborhood. According to People, they were reportedly met chef Danny Smiles and visited the kitchen to greet the staff. TMZ also added that Katy and Justin also shared cocktails and several dishes during the evening.
Neither Katy and Justin has commented on nor confirmed the news.
The news also comes just a month after the “Roar” singer and longtime partner Orlando Bloom confirmed their split. The two had been in an on-and-off relationship since 2016 and share a four-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove. Despite the breakup, they’ve reportedly agreed on a co-parenting arrangement.
Katy and Orlando got engaged in 2019 after rekindling their romance a year prior.
Meanwhile, Justin separated from his wife Sophie Grégoire in 2023 after 18 years of marriage. The former couple shares three children—Xavier, 17, Ella-Grace, 16, and Hadrien, 11.
