Actor Joseph Marco is once again winning hearts—not for a role, but for rescuing a lost kitten he found in the rain.
In a video shared on Instagram, Marco documented how he came across the tiny feline while heading home. Despite already caring for other pets, he decided to take the kitten in.
“I wasn’t planning on adopting any more. My hands are already full. But yesterday, on my way home in the rain, I saw this tiny kitten, lost and all alone,” he wrote.
“When fate places a little soul in your path like that, you don’t turn away.”
The gesture sparked an outpouring of support from fans online. “You already have so many, yet you still made space for one more,” one commenter said.
This isn’t the first time the actor has stepped up for an animal in need. In 2023, Marco rescued and nursed a wounded kitten—now named Maxik—back to health after finding it injured in a Makati alley.
“Animals don’t have a voice. They can’t ask for help… Humanity must be their voice,” he shared then.
