Meralco PowerGen Corp. (MGEN), through its thermal generation arm Global Business Power Corp. (MThermal), turns over P15 million in community development support for Cebu and Panay during a ceremonial signing of deed of donation (DOD) held in partnership with One Meralco Foundation (OMF).
