Several local government units (LGUs) in Metro Manila and nearby Luzon areas announced class suspensions or alternative learning arrangements for Tuesday, July 22, 2025, as the nation struggles with the effects of the southwest monsoon rains or ‘habagat.’
As of early Monday, students in all levels attending both public and private schools are advised to stay at home amid the inclement weather:
- Metro Manila
- Zambales
- Bataan
- Pampanga
- Bulacan
