The Investment Coordination Committee – Cabinet Committee (ICC-CC), chaired by Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary Ralph Recto and co-chaired by Department of Economic Planning and Development (DEPDev) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, convenes on July 17, 2025 at the DOF Office in Manila. The committee reviewed project proposals submitted by various government implementing agencies. Projects that received committee approval will be endorsed to the Economy and Development (ED) Council, chaired by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., for final consideration and approval.
