BigHit Music, home to BTS and TXT, is preparing to debut a new five-member boy group on Aug. 18, 2025, the agency confirmed July 14.
The group—comprising Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho—is being pitched as a “young creator crew.”
Rather than sticking to fixed roles, all members contribute to songwriting, choreography, and video production.
Some are already credited on notable projects: Martin worked on TXT’s “Deja Vu” and “Miracle,” and LE SSERAFIM’s “Pierrot,” while James helped choreograph “Magnetic,” “Cherish (My Love),” and “Tick-Tack.”
This marks BigHit’s first new boy group since TXT’s debut in 2019, closing a six-year gap.
Pre-debut promotions are expected in late July, with debut showcase and music releases planned around Aug. 18.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the group’s official name and concept, with BigHit promising details in the weeks leading up to the launch.
