Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado Esrtrella III handed out vital documents to more than 800 farmers or agrarian reform beneficiaries from Cebu and Bohol provinces in a ceremony held in Mandaue City. The documents consisted of certificates of condonation of loans with release of mortgage and certificates of land ownership and e-titles.
